Barn rental - barn & cora's guest house $* {package 1} barn - includes access thursday and friday 9am to 5pm to setup. saturday all day access for event, and limited access on sunday allowed for cleanup only. with your package, access to the foyer, lounge, great room, gallery, solarium, bonus room, and the outdoor property.. The barn can be rented for a minimum of 3 hours, on weekends during the months of may thru mid-august for smaller occasions. we can seat up to 60 people inside the barn. the charge is $300 for the 3 hour rental and $85 for each additional hour. we charge a $25 nonrefundable deposit to hold the date. payment is due the day of your event..
